I am an emotionally focused therapist working passionately on helping folks within the Latine community with learning to name their emotions, process them through their body and communicate them to others in order to attend to their needs. My area of focus is guiding clients in reprocessing childhood wounds which show up in present relationships to help them understand how they developed reactive tools to meet their emotional essentials, make sense of them, and assist them in creating new instruments to effectively and authentically fulfill their requirements for connection. Soy una terapeuta enfocada lo emocional trabajando apasionadamente con gente de la comunidad Latine a aprender a nombrar sus emociones, a procesarlas a nivel corporal y a comunicarlas a los demás para cubrir sus necesidades. Mi enfoque es guiar a mis clientes a reprocesar sus heridas de la niñez que se manifiestan en sus relaciones actuales. Esto para ayudarles a entender cómo desarrollaron herramientas reactivas para obtener esas propiedades emocionales, darles una razón de ser y asistirles en la creación de nuevos instrumentos para satisfacer sus requisitos de conexión de manera efectiva y autentica.
